Overview
High-Frequency Vibratory Manure Separator
The high-frequency vibratory manure separator is designed for continuous solid-liquid separation of livestock manure slurry. It combines high-frequency screening with mechanical pressing to capture solid manure, reduce the moisture of discharged solids, and lower the solids content in the separated liquid. With a raw material processing capacity of 30–50 m³/h, it is suitable for manure treatment and organic fertilizer pretreatment systems that require high throughput and reliable separation.
This separator is intended for solid-liquid separation of manure slurry in livestock and poultry farms, manure treatment projects, composting pretreatment and organic fertilizer production systems. The separated solids can proceed to composting or further fertilizer processing, while the separated liquid can enter the next treatment stage according to the project design.
This unit is quoted against your raw material, target output and the equipment either side of it. Share a sample and a capacity target and we will confirm the drive, the wear parts and the discharge arrangement.
