01
Application boundary

Who is this machine for?

Recommended when

  • Pre-granulation preparation and recycle crushing
  • The feed condition is measured and repeatable
  • The adjacent stages can be balanced to the same duty
  • Maintenance access and local utilities are defined

Review carefully when

  • Hard foreign objects or feed outside the confirmed moisture range
  • Raw material varies without a buffer or pretreatment plan
  • Only nominal capacity is known
  • Dust, odor, liquid or heat balance is not defined
02
Equipment overview

Process role and working principle

Impact, shear or chain action breaks agglomerates and oversize particles

Reduces feed material to a controlled particle size for stable downstream processing. The machine is engineered around the actual duty so material residence, transfer and control logic stay compatible with the next stage.

Engineer’s note

Final model, motor, dimensions and wear configuration should be issued only after feed tests or a documented material review.

Maintainable construction

Key assemblies

01

Metered inlet

Welded feed box with an adjustable gate, set so the rotor sees a steady ribbon of sticky material instead of a slug.

02

Crushing chamber

Formed and welded steel shell, lined at the impact zone; no screen deck, so high-moisture feed cannot blind the discharge.

03

Rotor / chain assembly

Forged shaft on swing-hammer arms, dynamically balanced and replaceable through the side access panel without stripping the housing.

04

Screen or controlled outlet

Open discharge with a replaceable wear plate; the outlet is sized to the granulator feed rather than to a fixed screen aperture.

07
Plant integration

Position in a complete production line

Conveying, buffers, dust control and automation are finalized with the plant layout.

Selection FAQ

Questions engineers answer before quotation

Which model is suitable for my material?

Model selection follows material condition, capacity, operating hours and the connected process. Send representative data or samples for confirmation.

Can this machine fit an existing production line?

Usually, after checking inlet and outlet height, capacity, controls, utilities, access and the duty of adjacent stages.

What is included in the final technical proposal?

The confirmed proposal can include model, process duty, motor and utility data, interface dimensions, scope boundary and service plan.

Can wear parts and maintenance be planned in advance?

Yes. Material abrasiveness, operating schedule and local service conditions are used to define wear parts and recommended spares.
