QL Stainless Steel Urea Crusher
The QL series stainless steel urea crusher is a high-efficiency roller-type pulverizer specifically designed for fertilizer production lines. It is ideal for crushing brittle materials with low moisture content, ensuring that urea crystals are ground into a fine, uniform powder without heating or clumping.
Urea granules enter through the inlet and are processed between high-speed active and passive rollers. The crushing effect is achieved through high-intensity squeezing and grinding. The final particle fineness is easily controlled by adjusting the gap between the rollers.
