Asphalt Cold Patch Packing Machine
The asphalt cold patch packing machine is a specialized quantitative filling system designed for high-viscosity materials. Featuring an optimized U-shaped screw feeding mechanism, it ensures smooth material flow without clogging. This equipment is the ideal solution for packing asphalt cold patches and similar agglomerated materials into 10-50kg bags with extreme accuracy.
Materials enter the large storage hopper and are conveyed to the weighing spout via the U-shaped screw feeder. The intelligent control system regulates the feeding speed (fast/slow) based on the target weight to ensure high precision. Once the bag reaches the preset weight, the bag-clamping device releases it onto the conveyor, where it is moved to the automatic sewing station for sealing.
