Fully Automatic Big Bag Filling Machine
The fully automatic jumbo bag packing machine is a highly efficient solution for bulk material packaging. Designed to handle large capacities (500kg – 1500kg), it integrates automatic bag supply, weighing, filling, dust removal, and sealing into a single unmanned production line. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, minerals, building materials, and grains.
The system automates the entire packaging cycle. Empty ton bags are supplied from the bag library and picked up by robotic arms. The machine automatically clamps the bag and inflates it. Material is fed via gravity, belt, or screw (based on characteristics) and weighed accurately. After filling, the bag is moved, heat-sealed, and prepared for automatic palletizing.
