Technology of Organic Fertilizer Dryer

The organic fertilizer dryer can dry the livestock manure, whose water content can up to 70%-80%， directly to 13%. The whole process is carried out in a closed system, thus reducing environmental pollution during drying.

The equipment is mainly composed of heat source, appending machine, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharging machine, material crushing device, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet.   

When the dehydrated wet material is added to the dryer, then they will move and forth with the action of the drum, and the materials are thus evenly dispersed and can be fully in contact with the hot air. During the drying process, the finished materials are moved to the other end of the dryer at the star discharge valve and discharged under the action of the plate with inclination and hot gas.
