- The electric motor drives the exciter spindle to rotate through the triangle belt. Under the action of centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the vibration exciter, the screen box gets vibrated.
- Working principle
The vibrating screen works under the reciprocating rotary vibration caused by shock excitation of the oscillator. The upper rotary hammer on the oscillator make the screen surface generate planar whirling vibration, and the lower rotary hammer make the screen surface generate conical whirling vibration. Combining the above joint actions will make the screen surface generate reciprocating rotary vibration. Its vibration locus is a complex space curve. This curve is projected as a circle in a horizontal plane, and a oval in a vertical plane. The amplitude can be changed by adjusting the exciting force of the upper and lower rotary hammer. By adjusting the spacial phase angle of the upper and lower hammer, it can change curve shape of the movement locus , and the movement locus of the material.
