Maintenance of Wheel Type Compost Turner

1. Wheel type compost turner is easy to be corroded, because it is in direct contact with raw materials. Therefore, the dirt sticking to the flip machine, especially the dirt in the chassis, should be cleaned in a timely manner. If protective paint falls off, brush it in time.
2. Regularly check the tightness of the transmission chain and adjust it in time. The several chains can be removed when adjusting tension still does not meet the requirements. If the transmission chain is not working normally, grease it with butter or oil.
3. The reducer casing must be checked for oil before using. New oil needs to be replaced after the first 100 hours of operation. Then replace the oil every 1,000 hours, with a maximum interval of one year.
4. After the hydraulic system for 200 hours, remove impurities from the filter of the hydraulic system. Check whether the filter element needs to be replaced, and decide whether the hydraulic oil can be reused after filtration according to the degree of cleanness of the discharged hydraulic oil. When discharging hydraulic oil, the cylinder rod should be retracted into the cylinder. Clean the hydraulic system for every 800 hours of operation.
