The dynamic automatic batching machine is suitable for continuous batching sites such as fertilizer batching and coking batching. These batching sites has high requirements of continuity & material proportion, not allowing stop in the process of batching. Its metering devices are electric belt scale. Its main engine possesses PID control system and warning function, realizing automatic control of a storehouse.

Working principle
The packaging tape or screw feeder passes the materials to the weighting shelf for quality testing, so as to make sure the quality of the materials on the packaging tape. The digital speed measurement senor continuously installed at rear part will continuously measure the operating speed of feeder. The pulse output of the speed transmitter is direct proportion to the feeder machine’s speed. Both the speed signal and weight signal are sent to feeder controller, whose microprocessor process the signals and produce cumulative / instantaneous flow rate. This flow rate is compared with definite flow rate. The controlling instrument outputs signals and controls transducer, thus realizing the requirements of rationing feeding.
