• Working principle

The straw crusher machine can be used with electric machinery, diesel engine or tractors of 30-50 horsepower. The main engine is composed of feeding mechanism, guillotine cutting mechanism, throwing mechanism, transmission mechanism, running gear, protective device, rack, etc. This machine features reasonable structure, easy movement, automatic feeding, safe and reliable.

The structure of each part is as followings:

1. Feeding mechanism: mainly composed of feed table, shim, shim fulcrum bearing.
2. Guillotine cutting & throwing mechanism: mainly composed of moving blade, cutter, lock screw, etc.
3. Transmission mechanism: mainly composed of triangular belt, drive shaft, gear, cardan joint, etc.
4. Running gear: mainly composed of castors.
5. Protective device: composed of protective cover.
