Rotary drum granulator is a kind of shaping device which can make the material into specific forms. Rotary drum granulator is one of the key equipment in compound fertilizer industry, and it apples to cooling pelleting, heating pelleting and mass production of compound fertilizer in high, medium and low concentration. Its main working mode is wet granulation. By a certain amount of water or steam, the fertilizer materials have chemical reaction in the barrel  after humidifying, then under certain liquid phase with the help of rotary motion of the barrel, squeezing the material into balls

• Working principle

The operating principle of the rotary drum granulator for this series is as follows: the main motor drives belt and belt pulley and transmits to the driving shaft by reduction gears, then the split gears on the driving shaft engage with the heavy gear ring on the engine body, working in opposite direction. The material is added from the feed end and go through the barrel. Involved in the action of special construction of the barrel, the material is made into granules, and finally come out from the discharge holes. Mass production is realized by constantly feeding material and unceasing rotation of the granulating machine.
